Frankensled provides lifetime warranty that covers the saw in normal operating situations. Mammut products are subject to stringent quality requirements. However, in the event of any material or production fault in a product purchased they will repair or replace the item free of charge even after the expiry of the statutory warranty period.
This guarantee excludes damages caused by accidents, incorrect use, normal wear and tear, damage caused by fire, sharp edges (such as crampons, rocks, skis, etc.) and fading of colors due to extended UV exposure. We are aware that damages of this nature do occur and in such cases Mammut guarantees a professional repair service at a fair price to ensure lasting enjoyment of the product.
Ortovox provides the statutory warranty of 2 years. The warranty covers material defects, production defects and processing defects. The warranty excludes any damage caused by normal product wear, improper use, personal negligence (e.g. use contrary to instructions) and outside influence (by person, animal or force majeure).

Suunto warrants that during the Warranty Period, Suunto will remedy defects in materials or workmanship free of charge either by repairing, replacing with similar product or refunding, subject to the terms and conditions of this policy.
