Flares & Launcher in Waterproof Case

Improve your chances of rescue and survival when in danger. Flares fire 150 feet high a

nd has a sparkling tail.  The tail is ideal for checking wind direction and helps make the flare more visible.  At 150 feet will reach above most trees and canopies, to signal for help should you need.   This kit also includes a waterproof case and can be carried by the supplied belt clip or carabiner.

At 15,000 candela, the flares are as bright as 215 60W light bulbs. They are designed to extinguish after 6 seconds, before they descend to the tree tops, to prevent forest-fires.

Kit contains 1 launcher, 6 red distress signal flares, and a water and corrosion resistant in the hard shell case.

Flares have a recommended shelf life of three years, but are known to keep indefinitely if stored in cool, dry conditions.
